Order processing

All products in the store are currently shipped with free shipping worldwide.

Shipping Info
We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. Items may take 5-10 business days for processing. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Once you place your order, order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. This means we have received your order and payment. Once we receive your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock or out of stock, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or issue a refund.

If the item can be shipped immediately (1-3 business days), we will submit the order for processing and schedule shipment. If the item title shows Pre-order in your country, your order is already on-order. Pre-order items will ship within 2 weeks of your order.

BILITOK reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping costs required to deliver your order. You will be notified of any additional charges required to deliver your order. Additional shipping charges will be determined by the carrier and the product you are purchasing. We will also advise the exact shipping cost in the email.

Once notified, you will have the right to modify or cancel your order and receive a full refund.

order tracking
A tracking number for your order will be sent to the email address you provide within 36 business hours of your order being processed. You can view updated status while logged into your account. In addition, we will send you an email later to follow up on the delivery time and remind you to pick up the package in time in case something unexpected happens. So please make sure your email and phone are available and keep an eye on your order within 7 days. This way you won't miss any news about the package.

If you do not receive a tracking number via email or need confirmation of tracking information, please contact us at bilitok.help@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 12 business hours. If your tracking number does not work within 3 business days of receipt, please email us. Sometimes, confusion can occur at the warehouse and you may receive an incorrect tracking number. We will send you an available copy. Sometimes special circumstances will delay logistics updates. We will check and give you feedback.

change order
If you need to change your order after completing payment, please contact us as soon as you realize it. We will reply to you as soon as possible and try our best to correct it. Please understand that if the item has already been shipped from the warehouse, changes may not be successful or may add time and cost.

Your order appears to have been delivered, but you have not received it
If the shipping company's website says your tracking number has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please do the following:

• Check the area around your home for packages and ask anyone who may have left them.

• If the package is not found, call the shipping company directly to report the package lost. This way you can get logistics information as quickly as possible.

BILITOK is not responsible if a package is stolen from the delivery address, so please be sure to send your package to a safe location! If an item is lost, we require at least 30 days to investigate. So after we provide the tracking number, we hope you can pay attention to the logistics status of the item and continue to check our emails for notifications so that you can receive the item smoothly.

Disclaimer
There are some rare and unforeseen events beyond our control that may affect shipping times. Adverse weather conditions, catastrophic events, or the failure of our delivery partners may cause unexpected delays. Most carriers will not ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we may need to contact you to obtain an alternate shipping address. Please note that if you place an international order, you may still be subject to taxes or duties, which are your sole responsibility.
